At Aquapot, we strive to provide high-quality water treatment products and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a transparent and hassle-free process.
1. Returns
✅ Products can be returned within 7–10 days from the date of delivery.
✅ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.
✅ A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
❌ Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
✅ Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
✅ Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank, card, or wallet).
✅ Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
❌ For customized or special-order products, refunds are not applicable unless the product is defective.
3. Replacement
✅ In case of defective or damaged products received, customers are eligible for a free replacement within the return period.
✅ Replacements are subject to stock availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
✅ Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
❌ Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
5. Exceptions
❌ No returns/refunds for consumables such as filters, cartridges, or chemicals once opened.
❌ Products installed and used cannot be returned unless proven defective.
